The Systems & Marketing Partner is a monthly service where I set the strategy, keep your systems running, and build and fix whatever comes next.

• A 30-minute strategy call every two weeks, where I update you on your progress and your numbers
• Everything already built kept running
• A marketing review
• One or two things built and finished from your roadmap

Those builds can be:

• Emails
• Funnels
• Blogs
• Campaign copy
• AI assistant setup
• A system

Your first month also includes your Opportunity Map, a 2 hour discovery call and a short questionnaire.

It's $2,497 per month for a 3 month partnership, then month to month. Real change in a business takes time, and it starts to show from about month 3.

No. A virtual assistant waits for you to tell them what to do, then does it. That works well for tasks like inbox management, scheduling or data entry.

What I do is different. I:

You don't have to manage me or give me a task list. You tell me what's broken or slow, and I take it from there.

No, and that difference matters. When you hire an agency you usually deal with a salesperson first, then get handed to a junior team member you've never met. The person who understood your business is no longer the person doing the work.

With me, that never happens. I am:

• The person you speak to on our first call
• The person who builds your systems
• The person who maintains them and answers your questions

One person who knows your business properly, not a rotating team working from a brief.

Agencies also tend to focus on one thing, usually ads or social media or SEO. I look at the whole picture: your systems, your marketing strategy, your lead flow and your conversions, all together, because they affect each other.

Fixing your ads means nothing if your follow-up system loses the leads they generate.

No. An online business manager usually runs the day-to-day operations of your team and keeps your projects on track. That's a people and process job. I don't manage your staff or your calendar, and I don't advise on hiring, HR or recruitment.

Bigger results, like a measurable increase in conversions or a fully automated lead pipeline, come from month 3 onwards, depending on where we start.

I don't build in other platforms, so the partnership is built around GoHighLevel. I can still advise on your marketing and email copy, but I wouldn't be the one building your automations.

No. Managing ads is a full-time job on its own, and agencies often charge $3,000 or more a month for it. I'd rather tell you that than fold it into this and do it badly.

What I can do is build the funnel and follow-up your ads send people to, so the traffic lands somewhere that works.

I'm not a social media manager.

I set up your AI assistant with templates and train it on your voice, so you and your team can write your posts quickly and keep them consistent.

I write:

• Campaign copy
• Email copy
• Funnel copy
• Blog posts

Filming, photography and producing content on your behalf isn't part of it, so that stays with you or your content creator.

I'll tell you straight away. If someone else is better placed to do it, I'll say so instead of stretching this to cover it.

If you want something built that isn't on your roadmap, it goes on the roadmap and you choose where it sits.

Yes. Everything is done online so location doesn't matter.

Most of my clients are in Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the United States, but if we're a good fit and the time zones work, geography isn't a barrier.
